Limbix Spark Wellness

Limbix Spark Wellness is a five-week program designed to support teens who are experiencing signs of depression, including feelings of isolation, sadness, and hopelessness. Developed with leading experts in adolescent psychology and co-designed with teens, the Spark program moves users through a combination of psychoeducation and interactive exercises, where they can gain insights about their mood, emotions, and behavior.
