The purpose of the application is to introduce the student to the process of saturating core samples with formation water under vacuum and determining the coefficient of open porosity.

The application simulates the installation to saturate core samples with liquid under vacuum. The program has a built-in instructional manual and it is convenient to use it as a visual teaching aid

The application allows you to check the result of measurements made by the student.

The control of knowledge of the theory remains with the teacher.
