Vaska and zvezdochka

Virtual guide, Space cat Vaska, invites young visitors to the Memorial Museum of Cosmonautics to play hide and seek.

Players will find Vaska near the exhibits of the Museum. To do this, point the phone at the tag near the exhibit. When the phone recognizes the tag, a guide will appear and tell stories about the exhibits.

The story will take place in augmented reality on the screen of a mobile device. The audio format is accompanied by multimedia animation.

At the end of the story about the exhibit guide will teach a lesson in a foreign language (Russian or English, depending on the language installed in the system), then the cat Vaska offers to take a test for knowledge of words.

After viewing the exhibit, the visitor can take a photo in augmented reality: next to the exhibit, with the guide Vaska and with multimedia objects from the story about the exhibit. The application allows you to share photos on social networks.

Vaska's stories in text form remain available in the "Library" tab after the tour. Exhibits can be viewed in the proposed order, and in any.

Features of the app:

- In the first version, 4 exhibits are available: "globe of the moon", "Berkut Suit", "Squirrel and Arrow", "Yuri Gagarin Suit". This is the recommended sequence of inspection of exhibits.

- In the application is available a hint on the passage of the tour.

- Map of the Museum with illuminated exhibits helps to navigate during the tour.

- The application teaches a foreign language: on the topic of each exhibit, the visitor learns the spelling and sound of several foreign words.

- Multimedia content in the application is adapted for two age categories: 6+ and 12+. Category selection is available when the application starts. Changing the category, selecting the language and other functions are available in the "Settings" tab.
