Verat

Verat is a condominium management service focused on preventive maintenance and the management of several routines, providing real-time reports with historical and activity records.

The service will be provided through the use of a unique application provided by Verat and accessed by users through login and individual password.

After the initial configuration made by the person in charge of the Condominium, the system will generate the planning and the necessary schedules for the execution of the day to day activities. Once this step is completed, the system is automatically released for use.

All process control and monitoring of the activities will be done in the App itself using the main menu where some functions will be available that will be exclusively used by the Trustee for the management, and others that will be used by the Caretaker to execute the activities and follow up of the problems and solutions.
