VIACTIV - Share

“VIACTIV - Share” is the mobile version of the VIACTIV booking system. The app was developed specifically for VIACTIV employees and is only available to them.

“VIACTIV - Share” allows you to access the VIACTIV booking system for the Bochum campus anywhere and at any time. You can use the app to book and manage all resources quickly and easily. Use is voluntary and possible in addition to the web-based booking system.

• Easy booking of rooms and workstations

• Cancellation and processing of bookings

• Check-in and check-out at the booked resource (also via QR code scan)
