VideoVisit® Family provides a safe and fast access for family members to connect with VideoVisit® Remote Care clients. If your loved one is using

VideoVisit® Remote Care service, you can place video calls for him/her through the Family-application. The application is supported in Finnish, Swedish and English.

How to use VideoVisit® Family -service:

* Download the VideoVisit® Family application to your apple device.

* Login using the credentials you ́ve got from home care

* Choose the family member from the address book and call them

* You can change the application language from the settings.
