The Vigi-Horti implementation incorporates part the content of the "Guide of the main pests targeted by the device of European Passports Ornamental plant protection products". This device is defined by the European Directive 2000/29 / EC and the French decree of 24 May 2006. It was set up to prevent the introduction and spread of plant pests in the European Union.
