Vire is the heart you need to take control of your habits.

You may not be able to control certain aspects of your life. Still, you can choose to be active, eat healthy meals, be socially active, stimulate your brain, and spend time with supportive people.

Vire helps you manage the elements in your life that are within your control: your habits. It sends out personalised Do's, or micro-behaviours, designed to help you make lifestyle changes and experience things outside your comfort zone. By learning new behaviours – we call it becoming more behaviourally flexible – you have more choice over how you react to different situations.

Vire offers a range of behaviour change programs. Each program starts with an intake questionnaire about your existing behaviours and habits. Then, based on your answers, we'll select the Do's that are most appropriate for you.

The app never tells you what you cannot do. Instead, it focuses on creating new experiences and enriching your life in ways that are also good for your health.
