virtic digitizes and automates the time management process from scheduling to time recording and automatic wage preparation and travel expense accounting to export to your payroll program or ERP software.

This app is an extension of virtic time management for Android smartphones. With this app, employees conveniently record their working hours at the customer, on the construction site, in the workshop or in the office. The time stamps are immediately transferred to the virtic servers and are therefore available for processing. The time stamps are automatically prepared for payroll accounting, travel expense accounting and cost accounting.

NFC features

In contrast to the web app, the Android app also offers NFC functions:

- Stationary time recording: Employees log in with their NFC tag (key fob) on the smartphone installed on the construction site or in the office and used as a time clock.

- Mobile time recording for teams: Workers log on to the foreman's or foreman's smartphone with their NFC tag (key fob).

- Registration of vehicles, machines and tools: usage and operating times are recorded and posted to cost centers/cost carriers
