* Fixed crash when changing robot difficulty
* Now *both* online players cannot ditch the jack on first shot
* Non-touchers now removed from back ditch
* Jack now re-spotted not centred when ditched
* Now have to wait longer in a leisure match before abandoning
* Northern Ireland bowl & mat, Badger, Welsh World Champs and two Assassin bowls
* Fixed force forfeit turn: not correctly ending the match and not available when jack not played
* Fixed players losing bias at start of an online match
