You may have difficulty breathing or moving in general and may have an accelerated heartbeat. This is why panicPROTECTOR will propose personalized breathing exercises that can be easily executed on the spot. Breathing exercises can help you manage the anxiety attack. The proposed breathing cycles can be repeated for as long as needed and will be adjusted in their intensity based on your respective heart rate.

To help you relax and alleviate mental stress during the anxiety attack, panicPROTECTOR will guide you, through carefully designed and easy-to-follow instructions and visuals, to take deep, even breaths, also known as abdominal or diaphragmatic breathing. Active and conscious breathing exercises can have calming effects.

It is VERY IMPORTANT that you follow the guidelines as indicated in the application. If possible, find a quiet place for your breathing exercises to avoid interference from external noises with your breathing signals. The use of the app does not require an internet connection.
