W Arena App is the new application that allows you to store and view your tickets at any time. You only need to register or confirm your details if you have already made purchases through our authorized channels. Offline QR reading: Now you can validate entries without the need for an Internet connection.

Requirements to use this functionality:

📌 Step 1: Initial access with Internet connection.

1️⃣ Connect to a Wi-Fi network or mobile data with Internet access 📡📱.

2️⃣ Open the application and navigate to the tickets 🎟 to view the QR 🔍.

3️⃣ This will allow the data necessary to validate the QR to be downloaded and saved in the device memory 💾📂.

4️⃣ Make sure that all the planned QRs have been loaded correctly 📝✅.

Profile Picture Customization: You can now customize your profile in the app for a more unique experience.

More efficient ticket management: Easily store and access your tickets. The future is now!

Main functions:

* You will be able to see the events in which you have tickets in your name.

* Transfer the tickets to the person you require, safely and efficiently.

* Activate your complimentary tickets and/or special tickets.

* View the tickets with their QR code, available to present at our events and enter using them.

* View barcode to enter the access turnstiles of some of our events that require double validation.

* View detailed event information, such as time, location and location of the event.

* Receive special tickets shared by the event makers.

Conditions of use:

* It is not possible to take a screenshot of the application, so you must always submit your entry within the application.

* You must indicate your correct and updated personal and contact information (ID, cell phone, email, date of birth) to ensure that your entries are secure and you always receive updated information.
