Wake on LAN

Application sends the "magic package" to wake up the connected to LAN device, with activated wol-function.

Very important! There is recommended to check broadcast package if You will wake up Your device inside the local net, because special arp-table periodicaly cleares by the router if the device does not active. Thats why the "magic package" could not be received Your unactive device if You will send package to the device`s address.
