Wakeel

Wakeel application is a redemption app designed for the Iraqi Ministry of Trade as part of digitizing the Public Distribution System PDS. Wakeel App is built for the PDS Food and Wheat Flour agents as a redemption app and point of sale.

Wakeel application is built to redeem the new ePDS cards by the Food and Wheat Flour agents to monitor the distributions and save the rights of both citizens and the agents as well as it will be monitored by the Ministry of Trade.

The application has the ability to show the available entitlement of the families during the redemption and it can cover multiple distribution cycles. After redeeming, the app can print an electronic receipt and send it through WhatsApp or Email to the citizens, thus the citizens can track their entitlements.
