Waldecho Rheinland-Pfalz

Have noticed something in the woods? With the Waldecho app, you can report your comments, suggestions and complaints directly to the responsible forestry office in Rhineland-Palatinate.

No internet in the forest? The Waldecho app is now available offline! Activate the offline mode of Waldecho app and your GPS and upload the offline maps downloaded. Now you can easily create offline messages and send them as soon as you have internet connection.

"Waldecho Rhineland-Palatinate" is a project of Landesforsten Rhineland-Palatinate under the auspices of the Ministry of Environment, Agriculture, Food, Wine and Forestry. It serves the excitation, - ideas and complaints management in the field to develop forestry on. For this mid-February 2016 launched a pilot operation for 24 months. In this pilot Commissioning of the total of 44 forestry offices the following four selected forest offices in part:

- Forestry Department Haardt

- Forestry Office Kaiserslautern

- Forestry Department Rheinhessen

- Forestry Office Trier

About the Waldecho app only concern within the forest in Rhineland-Palatinate can be reported. Outside these limits, the user is directed to alternative systems. During the pilot operation, messages are only possible within the forests in the participating forestry office districts.
