Fix the issue that the app could fail to count steps.

Correspond to Android 10 or higher.
Support the dark theme of Android 10.
Stop saving backup data to the external storage.
Ver2.13: Fix the issue that buttons change their position when the ad is displayed.
Ver2.12: You can select whether to count steps in a vehicle on the Settings screen. Show the state you are in a vehicle or on a bicycle at the app title bar. Fix bugs.
