Workflow Management System is an integrated solution that collects severe and critical anomaly (alert) information from the alert engine of WDMS based on the configuration done at WDMS level.

The features are :

1. The user gets assigned ticket information and SOP using the mobile app.

2. The user can see all active and close tickets.

3. The user can see all alerts which are mapped to him/her.

4. The user can see his/her profile details.

5. The user can access GIS from inside the app.

6. The will get the push notifications if he/she get any new alerts or assigned ticket.

7. The user can able to see all sensor name, sensor id, sensor value and sensor time with respect to location.

8. The user can able to see all location name, sensor id, sensor value and date time with respect to sensor type.

9. The user can able to see service request, alarm status, entry time, Location name, Source Sensor and remark on the service request page.

10. The user can submit a service request using the mobile app.

11. The user can update the Alert status from new to "Ack" and "Closed".
