SourceAmerica’s Wearable Coach is a system to coach and monitor employees. It is designed specifically for people who may have some disabilities, but it can be useful to any employee or manager. While there are prompting systems that help provide guidance to workers, they are often not helpful to the supervisors who need to maintain them and thus are often out of date, not useful and abandoned. The most common person who would get the most benefit from the system would be someone with cognitive and intellectual disabilities, in particular difficulties with context, sequence and other aspects of executive function. The Wearable Coach provides for a system that allows for management of employee schedules and assignments.
