Respond to tasks, track workflows, submit forms, view reports and documents, and do anything else you could do in a desktop browser.

It’s the complete WEBCON portal experience made mobile-friendly, so you can:

• Scan barcodes and QR codes to start new workflows and/or fill in form fields

• Log location details

• Re-authenticate your identity when performing high-profile actions

• Receive push notifications for tasks

• Add voice annotations

• Take photos directly from the app

• Authenticate with fingerprint or face recognition

These new WEBCON BPS apps work with WEBCON BPS platform version 2023 R3 and above.

An updated version of the mobile app is here! We introduced a series of security updates and fixed PUSH notifications so that they work with long path names and redirect correctly.
We also fixed an error that omitted default values when instances were started via QR code.
Finally, we ironed out some quirks in the configuration windows, like when setting up your PIN. When adding a new connection while logged in, the app will not attempt to immediately redirect you to the login window.
