Control of the LWD WEBERconnect, display, manage and share measurement results.

The WEBERconnect app is used to control the Light Weight Deflectometer

LWD WEBERconnect device and to manage the measurement results.

Measurement results are displayed. The measurement results can be labeled with a variety of information. All data including the location, a photo of the measuring point, the user data with company logo are saved.

PDF protocol can be created in the user layout (company layout) from the saved data records. The protocol header contains the user's contact information, the company logo, details of the construction project, information about the LWD used, measurement results with date and time, as well as additional labels for the measuring point, the tester person, the soil group, weather and the position coordinates.

The handheld previously used is no longer required to carry out the measurement.

Before using for the first time, the smartphone or tablet must be paired with the respective LWD WEBERconnect. Each coupled LWD is stored in the app with its serial number and can be called up at any time and connected individually.

If a stored LWD is selected and connected, the connection to the load plate, the validity of the calibration and the availability of the GPS are checked before each measurement. Depending on the required requirements, the user can be selected before the start of each measurement and information on the construction project, type of soil, weather, tester person and measurement point can be entered in the form of labels.

An intuitive display guides you through the measurement process. Each measuring pulse of a measurement will acknowledged by acoustic signals and vibrations from the smartphone.

After each measurement, the result is saved with the labels. The result includes the Evd value in MN/m², the s/v value, the 3 single measured deflections s in mm with the corresponding measurement curve, deflection speed, and the GPS location coordinates.

Results and labels of each single measurement are saved and are available for sharing in three file formats:

CSV files: These files contain the data, results, construction projects generated by the LWD and the name of the inspector. CSV files can be sent to an SFTP server or shared in different ways.

Raw files: These encrypted files contain the data, results, construction projects generated by the LWD, as well as all labels of the measurement. The raw files can be shared and are used for import into the WEBER PC software. The raw files can then be archived, evaluated and saved in the PC software as usual.

PDF files: The easily and quickly generated PDF protocol contain all information about a measurement and serve as document. This common file form is easy to read and can also be shared in various ways.

The app has a German and English user interface.
