• Upon arrival, start your reservation by scanning the QR located in the parking lot from the Werpi APP.

• When you leave, finalize your reservation by scanning again from the Werpi APP the QR located in the parking lot to tell us what time you are leaving and pay exactly for the time of your stay. Not one more weight, not one less weight

• If you stayed less time than you paid, we will refund your money immediately!

• If we talk about experience, here you have Experience "Werpi mode": 15 minutes before your reservation we will send you a notification so that your experience is the best. In the notification you can

o Postpone the reservation for 15 minutes in case you are late (only once)

o Cancel the reservation if you see that you do not arrive on time or an unforeseen event arose

o Start your reservation by scanning the QR code from the Werpi APP.-

• In Werpi there is no fine print: with a single "click" you can now cancel the reservation that you are not going to use at any time and we will automatically refund the total amount on your card. That is to think about our users huh!
