• WeTalk Curriculum development

We invited experienced Chinese lecturers, professors and renowned psychologists to design age-appropriate teaching materials for our children with accordance to their growth and developmental milestones. Whilst our curriculum covers language knowledge and philosophy, we aim to teach more than language and culture knowledge. WeTalk also aspires to inspire and enrich our children to gain wisdom and, help them establish a positive attitude, rounded perspectives and pivotal values of the world, life and as an individual as they flourish.

• WeTalk Professional Educators

Our teachers are handpicked with our stringent selection criterions of them endowed with integrity and mastery. Each of our teacher will undertake a comprehensive quality assessment by receiving an all-rounded training, and finally assessed for their dedication, professionalism and enthusiasm before they enter a classroom. Our teachers must have more than 10,000 hours of prior teaching experience and receive 320 hours of on-the-job training annually to maintain and improve their teaching pedagogy. WeTalk has in place a formative teachers’ classroom performance assessment which will be conducted periodically to ensure the quality of teaching.

• WeTalk Interactivity Collaboration

WeTalk has an established interactive communication system to receive and provide feedback from various channels. We place emphasis on the importance of interaction among the children, parents and teachers as this promotes improvement, relationships and harmony. One of our teachers’ role is a parent-like nurturer to the children. They help to recognise each of the children’s strengths and areas for improvement, and so will teach to their aptitude with tailored learning styles and methods. With parents as the first teachers for each child, you know your child the best. Therefore, WeTalk welcomes the collaboration to partner the parents to bring out the best in the children. We encourage parent-child discussions at home, and parents’ participation in their child’s learning progress and accountability. Be ensured that after each lesson, our teachers, as parents’ trusted partners in your child’s learning, will provide feedback of their learning progress and suggestions for improvements.
