Taxi Connect App

Taxi Connect App is the application for all Italian taxi drivers, which allows you to connect to a network of radio taxis and international partners.

MAIN FUNCTIONS

- RECEIVE AND MANAGE RIDES: receive taxi requests from users of radio taxis and partner applications

- PAYMENTS VIA SUMUP POS: connect your SumUp POS, halve commissions and manage your payments from the Taxi Connect app

- MONITOR YOUR PAST RIDES: thanks to the ride history, you have an always updated monthly report and you know how much you will be owed at the end of the month

- VIEW YOUR TIPS AND YOUR FEEDBACK: thanks to the ride history you will be able to know what users think of your service and you can find out if they have left you a tip

- DIRECT ASSISTANCE: you will be able to immediately report any anomaly found in the service with the direct assistance channel. Report if the customer arrives late, if he has too much luggage or if our quote is wrong

- MANAGE YOUR PROFILE: enter information about your taxi so that users can easily identify you
