What is WiFree ?

WiFree is intended for people willing to share public or private Wifi information freely to a common database of available Wifi networks across the globe.

Any Wifi network connected using WiFree is saved in the common database along with the password.

For a new user in a specific geolocation, the application downloads the settings of all available Wifi networks in the user's proximity and lets his phone connect to them automatically.

The Wifi settings and passwords are stored securely in the database and the passwords are not visible to other users of the application.

How to Use WiFree ?

You can use WiFree to connect to any Wifi previously shared by a WiFree user. Just launch the application to get automatically connected to the shared Wifi networks around you if their configuration was previously shared.

How to Share a Wifi Connection Using WiFree ?

Open WiFree and pick the Wifi network which you want to share to the common database of Wifi networks on WiFree. Type in the password when asked, and the network information will be stored on WiFree database for future use by other users.

Are My Private Wifi Network Settings Secure ?

WiFree does not share any Wifi network configuration or password if you do not provide the Wifi password using this application. Hence, all your other private Wifi networks, which you haven't connected using WiFree, remain private and secure.
