Help Request: Press and hold this button for 2 seconds until you feel your phone vibrate. Use this function when you require your monitoring center or your company to assist you in an emergency.

Start / End of Work Round: Use this function to indicate that an activity begins or ends, such as: A tour to distribute merchandise to customers, a surveillance round on a property, the beginning and end of a work day, etc. .

Sending notifications: From this function you can send different notifications, specified in the system previously by your administrator, for example:

Arrival or Departure to a client

Merchandise delivered

Partially delivered merchandise

Merchandise Rejected

Transit Delay Report

Sending photos and / or audios to document facts on public roads

Start or end of a task (installation, revision, replacement, etc.)

Request for Virtual Custody: This function will be useful when you need to notify your monitoring center that you will begin a task that involves a certain risk and you need the central to supervise your activity to provide you with security, being able to establish the maximum time that such custody will demand. Ideal to use in case of crossing a dangerous area, to enter your home or office,
