Wise Decider

This app links to Wise Decider, a cloud-based decision tool that's free and available to all. Wise D uses a Decision Table to help you organize your intuitive thinking about a decision, then to expand on it, and, finally, to narrow all thoughts down to the single best choice. Wise D is not a toy but a serious tool, based on scientific principles, that's appropriate for working on important problems. Yet Wise D is easy to use. Tutorial videos take you through each step of building, exploring, and testing a Decision Table. In the Table, shades of gray replace numbers; and rows and columns can be moved around, to enable you to consider the Table from different perspectives. Rules of thumb are provided for reducing unnecessary clutter from the table and for thinking of win-win alternatives. Wise D is useful for group decision making and conflict resolution, as well as for individual decision making.
