Although public transportation is statistically a safe place, some people avoid it due to a perceived threat of unpleasant and dangerous situations (e.g., harassment, health risks, dirt) and are afraid of not being able to react properly. These fears are reinforced by the feeling of being alone and that no one will help in the case of an emergency.

Together with our mobility partners WizGo tackles this problem and contributes to the well-being of passengers.

WizGo is an interaction channel between passengers and operators and enables the following:

1) passengers connect on- and offline for support,

2) low-threshold emergency call option,

3) a direct interface to transport operators.

Test the prototype of the app to make public transport more attractive, safer and more digital so that it becomes a central pillar of the mobility transition!
