With this app you can easily send and receive files and messages between different devices in your WLAN. First of all open this app in WLAN, devices of other systems open the web page wlantool.com and select the current WLAN, you can see other devices. Files are transferred via local http service or p2p protocol. If your current WLAN can't connect to the Internet, Apps can still communicate with each other，devices of other platforms can communicate with the app by accessing the app's local IP + port number 8888 (e.g. 192.168.1.102:8888).
