A correct working pace will increase your efficiency at times, enhance health and improve emotional well-being. All you need to do is to accustom yourself to regular, correct forms of rest. The App Work Pace will help you master this skill.

The app works like this: enter work and break time (eg, 50 and 10 minutes each). The Application will alert you that you need to relax in 50 minutes. Then 10 minutes later, it will notify you it is time to work. Such notifications will pop up regularly till you stop Work Pace. The remaining time will be able to see through the widget or notification.

The app Work Pace is primarily designed for those who work a lot at the computer.

Proper rest - resting regularly and gradually, is essential for optimal workplace performance. The most ideal ratio is 50 minutes of work and 10 minutes of break.

To resume the effectiveness of thinking after 3 hours at the computer, you’ll need 60 minutes of break. Hence, resting regularly will help you save time.

App Work Pace will help you customize your own rhythm and stick to it.

Rest is a change of activity. Accordingly, do not rest at a computer. For the best approach:

- walk in the fresh air;

- enjoy a pleasant conversation;

- physical exercise;

- sleeping, meditation;

- eyes/face gymnastics, etc.
