Workout helper was made after trying to find easy to use workout timer app with no setup work. Yes you do not need to setup any routine or workouts before using the app.

Just open the app and set

1. Total sets you want to do.

2. Time per set in seconds.

3. Time to rest between sets in seconds.

4. Tap the start timer button to start workout.

The app will start beep when 3 seconds remain in working time or resting time. If the working time or the rest time is over the app indicate you with a loud beep, so you don't even need to watch your phone to keep time.

It is just this simple. No more time wasting in setting complete exercise schedule. Just follow these steps and start working out in 5 seconds :).
