WorkPlayer is a complete tool that promotes the most effective management of resources and projects with gamification, stimulating the motivation of professionals to achieve personal and company results, recognizing good professionals and promoting career development opportunities.

With a simple visual, the user has a panoramic view of the day-to-day work, with a list of activities of the day (Doing), activities already done (Done) and to be done (To do), with each activity it has a specific score that allows it to monitor its performance and productivity at work and personal life, and evolve in level over time. This score is recorded in a points statement menu, where you can check the user's score history.

By clicking on the activities listed for the day, you can perform some actions, such as suspending an activity or canceling it, or even rescheduling the execution date.

Like every game, there are badges that identify the player's level, so the concept of cards was created in WorkPlayer. The cards are registered in the user's profile and indicate the level of skills and knowledge in a certain area or technology. They are useful both to gratify and to stimulate the user's desire to achieve a more challenging “game” level over time. You can also browse other users' profiles to see which cards they have.
