We are all subject to pressure over our period of life.

Children wet their beds when they have nightmare, teen gnaws their teeth when they have nightmare, adults have sleepless nights and nightmare. We just need to learn to handle our stress in life.

Being a world class cooking chef is no exception, they too are subject to stress when under pressure.

What would the chef nightmare be like?

It could be the knives chasing the chef;

It could be the pans chasing the chef;

It could be the forks chasing the chef.

The thing is this, we all need to learn to handle stress.

When we are stressed, our hands FREEZE and we get cold chills and we slow down, like a polar bear is on our back, feeling the cold chills from the north pole maybe.

We may want to DRINK COFFEE to pump our hearts up and allow the blood to flow through our body again, to heat up our body, to give us a recharge and boost.
