Comprehensive Writer’s Workshop Platform for the K-12 Classroom

WOW is a teaching and learning platform that provides educators an opportunity to deliver a writer’s workshop model online.

With access to developmentally appropriate bonus word and bonus phrase lists, students can begin writing very quickly. Teachers can customize learning engagements by creating assignments with their own content-specific words and phrases.

Kids access their leveled writing platform through an interactive learning portal designed to keep them motivated and engaged. To share the writing experience students can be assigned group members and interact in peer feedback loops. Students can also view the class gallery where teacher approved writing is submitted.

From the teacher portal, educators can see all their students writing on one screen and provide real-time formative feedback. Teachers can read submitted writing and choose to send it back to the student for edits and revisions or send the completed composition to the class gallery for all to view.
