x2VOL

This application can only be used by students who have an x2VOL account. To register, please go to

www.x2VOL.com.

x2VOL is a free app that gives students registered via the web site the ability to add hours to their

service log. Students can log into this app with their x2VOL username and password and add hours:

1. Add Hours: Allows students to enter personal activities to their log.

Required fields include:

• Select Activity Type (Personal or From a Recurring List)

• Activity Name

• Activity Description

• Contact Name

• Contact Email Address or Phone Number

• Goal Selection

• Date of Activity

• Hours Completed

• (Optional) Reflection

• Submit

2. Alert Entries: Allows students to enter hours for activities that they’ve signed up for via x2VOL.

• Select the completed activity.

• Add Details or Delete the event.

• If adding details, select the goal, add hours completed and write reflections (optional).

• Submit.

3. My Activity Logs: Allows students to review hours submitted and edit information.

4. Recurring Activities: Allows students to select from a list of recurring activities that they have

selected from the x2VOL web site.

• Click Recurring Activities.

• Select a recurring event.

• Select a Goal.

• Enter hours completed.

• (Optional) Write Reflection.

• Submit.

In all cases, students will confirm that the information is correct. When hours are submitted, they will be

routed for approval in the same manner as the x2VOL web site.

x2VOL is a subscription-based, online tracking and reporting platform that allows students to log service

hours. Schools approve the service hours and organizations verify the hours – all online. It is currently

used by students and schools nationwide.
