Each timer begins with 1 tibetan singing bowl,a bell to allow you to adjust your position for meditation or if you want without any sounds. The timed session is completely silent, or if you want can activate on sound at your desire interval of seconds. At the end of the session, you will hear 3 tibetan singing bowl or bell sounds to gently alert you that time is up. For example, you can set the timer for a 1-hour session with unique sounds every 5 minutes. Setting the timer is pretty easy.
