Yogadism is movements or exercises to prevent pain during or before menstruation (dysmenorrhea) . This yoga emphasizes posture, focusing on breathing and concentration (mind).
Yogadism application will guide users in doing the exercises. Friendly for beginners , because the movements are simple so that they are easy to do at home, especially for women or young women who often experience menstrual pain.
Maximum practice of this yoga is 45 minutes every day , either in the morning or evening since the luteal phase or about 14 days before menstruation so that it can help reduce pain.
