ZZP Markt is an online and independent matching platform. With our self-developed software, we link freelancers to healthcare organizations. We comply with the GDPR and handle the data of self-employed professionals and healthcare organizations with care.

The founders of ZZP Markt come from healthcare themselves. With the platform we make the process of recruiting independent healthcare personnel easier, for the self-employed and for the healthcare organization.

Reliable self-employed

Every self-employed person who wants to work via ZZP Markt must have a Certificate of Good Conduct, a valid proof of identity (ID card or passport), BIG registration and a Chamber of Commerce number. The self-employed person is only included in the database after checking by ZZP Markt. Care organizations therefore hire a reliable, qualified self-employed person. ZZP Markt includes freelancers in the database after checking the documents supplied. As a healthcare organization, you can be sure that you will employ a reliable and qualified professional.

Low costs

ZZP Markt is an online platform with low overhead. Thanks to extensive automation, we can keep the costs of our services low. Self-employed people pay a fixed amount per month, healthcare organizations a fixed percentage of the hourly rate.

The distinctive character of ZZP Markt

Are you ill? Use the SOS button, arrange replacement yourself, then you don't have to. Our system will provide a substitute if possible

Administrative pressure? It fits very well. The system keeps track of the hours, the self-employed person checks the hours and the care organization confirms them. The system generates an invoice and the healthcare organization pays within 14 days.

Build your Reliability Index

Self-employed workers who are working build a reliability index and can earn medals and thus become more attractive to the providers of work. These tools provide an indication of the total number of hours worked by the self-employed per care institution, the number of sick reports, hours worked in the weekend and in the evening and emergency services (substitute in the event of illness of a fellow self-employed worker).

The Reliability Index (B-index) provides healthcare organizations with insight and keeps freelancers optimally motivated.
