!!! The text of the Constitution of 1993. excluding the "Putin" amendments of 2020. !!!

The application is designed to help users improve their legal literacy (“REFERENCE BOX” block), as well as facilitate access to qualified legal assistance (the “APPLY TO LAWYER” block - a direct communication service with a real lawyer from a specific region of the Russian Federation).

This application is the main application of the project "Your Lawyer", as it combines all the other thematic "lawyer" applications that have a direct communication service with a lawyer.

The application "Your Lawyer" contains 3 blocks:

1. "DIRECTORY" (red block), contains:

- "CONSTITUTION OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION" (text of the Constitution of the Russian Federation 1993),

- "VIOLATIONS and PUNISHMENTS" (a directory of criminal and administrative liability, as well as penalties for their commission - extracts from the Criminal Code, Code of Criminal Procedure and Administrative Code, specific situations);

- “WORK: Acceptance / Dismissal” (issues of labor legislation, norms of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation, including on illegal dismissal);

- "BANKRUPTCY OF CITIZEN" (norms of legislation on bankruptcy of citizens);

- "INHERITANCE" (inheritance issues, articles of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, etc.);

- “WEAPONS” (text of the Federal Law of December 13, 1996, No. 150-ФЗ “On Weapons”, etc.);

- "DRUGS" (text of the Federal Law of 08.01.1998. No. 3-FZ "On Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances", their official LISTS, etc.);

- "DOLLSHIK-214 FZ" (text of the Federal Law dated 30.12.2004. No. 214-FZ "On participation in shared construction of apartment buildings and other real estate and ...", etc.

- "SAMPLES OF SUCH APPLICATIONS (COMPLAINT, APPLICATIONS)" (samples from the official websites of the district courts of Moscow and the Moscow region are very outdated in some places, but still recommended by the courts themselves as samples; posted for review, recommended for real judicial reasons seek help from a lawyer - green block / button “APPLY TO LAWYER”).
