The mobile application “Virtual Card of a Resident of the Leningrad Region” was created for the effective work of organizations with virtual cards issued to citizens by the social protection of the population of the Leningrad Region.

Categories that give citizens the right to receive a virtual card:

• Disabled person

• Pensioner

• Member of a large family

• Parent of a disabled child

• SVO participant, family member of a SVO participant

• Persons exposed to radiation

• WWII veteran

• Veteran of labour

• Combat veteran

You will need an account to log into the application. The creation of a personal account for an employee of an organization working with virtual cards is carried out in social protection institutions of the Leningrad region.
