The Teleform application is intended for conducting surveys and consultations and can be used by specialists who interact with respondents in face-to-face meetings and by telephone. The program offers a sequence of questions configurable via the web interface, answers to questions, tips for a specialist, video, photo and audio materials. The results of the work can be uploaded to Excel (SPSS) or configured for integration with databases. The program has the ability to work with geolocation, assigning meetings and tasks to real addresses and monitoring meeting points. The program provides the following functions: informing residents, conducting sociological surveys, carrying out actions that require a certain sequence, such as inspections, presentations.
