Code of Criminal Procedure of Uzbekistan (Criminal Procedural Code of Uzbekistan. Uzbekistan Zhinoyat Procedural Codes) - this code determines the procedure for criminal proceedings in the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The procedure for criminal proceedings established by this Code is uniform and mandatory for all courts, prosecutors, investigations, inquiries, the legal profession, as well as citizens.
