The accounting department of the pre-trial detention center will independently transfer the unused funds on the personal account of the prisoner to the accounting department of the correctional institution to which he was sent.

If the transfer was sent in error, it will be returned to the sender within a few days. In this case, the commission charged by the service (5%) is not refundable.

At all stages of the payment, the service protects and does not transfer to third parties the personal and financial data of the sender and recipient.
