Diwan of Imam Al-Shafi’i without Internet
Abu Abdullah Muhammad bin Idris al-Shafi’i al-Muttalabi al-Qurashi (150 AH - 204 AH / 767 AD - 820 AD) is the third of the four imams according to the Sunnis and the community, and the owner of the Shafi’i school of thought in Islamic jurisprudence, and the founder of the science of jurisprudence. He is also an imam in the science of interpretation and the science of hadith. He worked as a judge and was known for his justice and intelligence. In addition to religious sciences, Al-Shafi’i was an eloquent poet, a skilled archer, and a traveler. Scholars praised him a lot, to the point that Imam Ahmad said about him: “Al-Shafi’i was like the sun to the world, and like well-being to the people.”
