Egyptian Civil and Commercial Procedure Law or the Egyptian Code of Procedure

Is the law governing the Egyptian judiciary to determine the scope of Egyptian courts,

He also works to protect the rights of litigants

It defines the assets and procedures that must be committed by the courts; for the administration of justice among people,

And litigants to fulfill their rights.

It is a procedural procedural law; in other words, it is concerned with procedures and formalities

Which must be followed when dealing with the judiciary in Egypt

It is not concerned with the protection of the private interests of individuals as much as it is concerned with the protection of the legal means to which they are entitled to protect those interests.
