■ Mentors (those who want to teach)

① Register as a mentor and fill in your profile

Fill in as much detail as you can so that your mentee can feel confident in choosing a mentee, including your self-introduction, your background, what you can teach, and your teaching style.

② Register plan

Choose the one you like from one-off or monthly, think about the contents of the plan and fill it out. The contents of the plan are free! Make the most of your strengths.

③ Reply to consultations from mentees

You will receive a consultation message from a mentee who is looking for a mentor. Let's solve each other's concerns and questions using the message function.

④ Make a contract with a mentee

After communicating firmly, let's have a contract if we mutually agree.

⑤ Contract complete! Start offering learning to mentees

Once you have signed a contract, start providing learning to your mentee using messages in MENTA and chat tools such as Slack. Try to think of the best way for yourself so that you can provide quality learning to your mentee.

⑥ Receive rewards

Rewards can be viewed on the “Sales History” page within MENTA. Withdrawal will only be possible if the sales exceed 1,000 yen and more than 30 days have passed since the payment was made from the mentee. In addition, it is necessary to verify your identity and register your account information in advance.

■ For mentees (those who want to learn)

① Register your profile

First, register your profile from the profile edit page.

You can set a user icon, enter a self-introduction, etc.

② Find a mentor

Try searching for a mentor from the Find a Mentor menu.

You can also filter by category or skill name.

③ Consider a mentor

Once you've found a mentor you're interested in, narrow it down by referring to response rate, ratings, and the number of people you've taught. Instead of suddenly signing a contract, we recommend that you first press the "Consult by message" button and consult with us to see if we can support you with the content you envision.

④ Make a contract with a mentor

To sign a contract with a mentor, press the "Contract" button on the Mentor Plan page. Payment is by credit card only.

⑤ Contract complete! Start learning with a mentor

Once you have signed a contract, communicate with your mentor using the designated method. You can also use messages in MENTA, and some mentors communicate using chat tools such as Slack.
