About 中医养生指南

The purpose of TCM health preservation is to prevent diseases and regulate physiology and pathology according to the changes of the four seasons to maintain health and prolong life.

中医养生,就是指通过各种方法颐养生命、增强体质、预防疾病,从而达到延年益寿的一种医事活动。中医养生重在整体性和系统性,目的是预防疾病,治未病。中医理论的著名代表作品是《黄帝内经》。

2008年6月7日,中医养生经国务院批准列入第二批国家级非物质文化遗产名录。

养生和生活的关系决定了养生观点的多面性。那么,什么是养生?为什么要养生?如何养生?

中医养生,又称摄生、道生、养性、卫生、保生、寿世等等。所谓"生",就是生命、生存、生长之意;所谓"养",即保养、调养、补养之意。健康的身体需要保养,亚健康时就要调养,病弱之躯则应补养。总之,"养生"就是保养生命之意。就像保养汽车一样,夏天要注意保养空调系统而冬天要注意防冻。我们养生,也要顺应自然界春、夏、秋、冬的季节变化,通过不同的调养护理方法,达到健康长寿的目的。

中医养生的目的就是预防疾病,根据四季变化调理生理和病理以保健康延年益寿。夏季,是四季中人最为精神饱满,同时也是新陈代谢能力最旺盛的季节,最适合进行中医养生。
