■ Features

The following functions are mainly provided.

1. Extension call

In addition to extension calls, hold and transfer can be performed.

2. Prefix calling

∙ You can make a call by automatically adding a prefix to the dial that matches the conditions set by the user.

3. pick up

You can receive incoming calls to other extension phones.

4). Call park

If you park a call during a call (park), you can park the call from the same group extension.

5. Fixed speed dial

∙ You can easily make calls using the common (up to 100 destinations) fixed speed dial.

6). Group hold

If you hold a call in a group, you can answer the call from the extension of the same group.

 ■ Restrictions

・ Use of Bluetooth headset is not supported.

・ If you receive an incoming call or call on the mobile network during an extension call with extension plus, the extension caller may hear the busy tone after the mobile phone caller disconnects when the extension call returns.

・ When an extension plus is calling / incoming / calling to the mobile network, if a call is made from the SIP fixed phone to the extension plus, “Not connectable” is displayed on the SIP fixed phone display.
