1. Vehicle repair report: In practice, the driver will notify the team captain to report for repair again, and use the APP to report the repair, which will be broadcast to the vehicle management, and the vehicle management can apply for the repair on behalf of the APP. The driver fills in the car number (front and tail car), mileage, driver, location, select the type of failure, fill in the failure brief, fill in the failure description, and the date of the failure. After entering the car number on the repair APP, it will bring the factory license, car model, and car type (front and tail car). You can also take pictures and upload five photos in the back.

2. Request for repair: The vehicle management can check the content of the request online for repair or return.

3. Request for repair review: The vehicle management can decide whether to repair internally or externally, and the selected external repair will be automatically checked. If the amount exceeds the camp authority, the system will automatically check the price comparison. After depositing the requested repair review content, the vehicle management needs to fill in the price comparison manufacturer on the PC side before starting the sign-off process. For emergency repairs, if you tick yes, you cannot fill in the extended repair days, the expected date of entry into the factory, and if you tick no, you can fill in the number of extended repair days.

4. Request for repair: Technicians can inquire about the request for repair from the APP.
