The "New Taipei Fire Action App" is a mobile fire protection information system built by the New Taipei City Government Fire Department for residents of New Taipei City. People can use this app to obtain real-time push messages and disaster prevention resources provided by the bureau anytime and anywhere. Provide information to the Bureau, such as 119 report and other functions.

The "New Taipei Fire Action App" contains four major functions, namely: latest news, instant messaging, disaster prevention resources, and 119 fire report functions.

【Latest News】Provide the latest municipal news and event registration information in this city.

[Instant Message] This is a real-time push message issued by the city's fire department. New Taipei City citizens can bind to the New Taipei Disaster Prevention E-point pass account to obtain information on places of interest and subscribe to message items to filter out the need for instant messages.

[Disaster prevention resources] You can find and guide citizens to the nearest shelters, medical institutions, borrow free life jackets, AED installation locations, etc., and guide citizens to park their vehicles in nearby open temporary parking sections and schools when typhoons occur.

【119 Fire Report】provides that citizens of New Taipei City can report 119 cases through the APP, and can also allow people with sufficiency to report the case online. When reporting the case, the latitude and longitude of the location and live images of the location can be sent through the characteristics of the APP for the 119 command center to use these Information, provide disaster relief resources more quickly and accurately.
