Wisdom observation is an informal, non-assessment classroom observation method. Through short, fast, regular, structured, focused observations, the materials for class teaching and learning in the class are collected. Observed data, follow-up reflection discussions between the inspectors and teachers, together to discuss and give teachers feedback and suggestions to improve the teaching practice of the class.
